Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact us at hello.rihome@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 8-10 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
- Cancellation After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still return the item for a refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.
