Products are eligible for return or exchange only if they are damaged or have an unintentional manufacturing defect.
Sale/Discounted Items:
Products purchased during a sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Conditions for Return:
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the item.
How to Report an Issue:
Photograph the Defect: Take clear pictures of the damage or defect as soon as you open the packaging.

Transaction date
Delivery address
Images of the damaged/defective product and packaging.
Return Process:
If your return is approved, please pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, labels, invoices, and other inclusions.
We will arrange for a reverse pickup at no extra charge.
After receiving the returned product, it will be inspected for quality. If it passes the inspection, a replacement will be sent.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for the full amount of the damaged product.
Credit Note:
A credit note will be issued if your return meets our criteria and will be valid for 6 months from the issue date.
The credit note is valid for one-time use and cannot be transferred.
No refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
Non-Eligible Returns:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If there are 3 failed delivery attempts or if the package is refused by the recipient, no return will be accepted.
Always inspect the package upon delivery. If the package is damaged, retain the packaging and mark "Received Damaged" on the delivery receipt before signing.
Exchanges for Faulty Items:
If you receive a product with: Broken stitches or Damaged condition, Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to request a credit note.

Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. We cannot guarantee an exact match to what you see on your device.
